Return Policy

    1. Every customer has a 30 day No Hassle Return. However, you must file or process the return through your account, on your purchase order section, or you can email us at return@tradeingadgets.com with your inquiry or request.

    1. If a return is processed from your account, you will need to make sure the item that was purchased from us matches the same Serial Number or IMEI number on your detail order. Failed to do so, your device will be return back to you and we will reject/void the warranty exchange process.

  1. If the return is due to a warranty or defective reason, we will provide you with a shipping label to send your device back to us. Before is shipped you Must make sure that you have removed any accounts linked to the device, such as iCloud Accounts, Find My iPhone, Google Account / Samsung Account, etc. Failed to do so it will cause a delay on your exchange process until accounts have being removed or unlinked.
